In general, events are for guests 21 and over. However there are some exceptions, please inquire regarding the event in question. 

Yes, you are allowed to bring as many people with you as you wish. However, all guests must have a purchased ticket to the event.

If the event has not sold out ahead of time, tickets will also be available for purchase at the door.

Yes if the event is not sold out. The price increase to $25 when purchased at the door. 

Yes. Make sure you bring plenty of business cards. If you do not have business cards with you, don't expect your new contacts to remember you.

No. There is no need to bring a paper ticket with you. However if your RSVPd on the day of the event, it is best to bring a copy of your receipt just in case you are not on the list. 

Network After Work eliminates that uncomfortable feeling of making cold introductions. Users check-in wherever they are, tradeshow, conference, airport, restaurant or a neighborhood coffee shop and see who else is there too. Each checked in users name, job title and employer is displayed making it easy to find like-minded people to begin networking with. Network After Work helps professionals and business travelers meet people near where they are or where they plan to go. Network After Work gives checked in and online users the ability to initiate a private chat. It's an ice breaker before meeting face to face.

Network After Work provides attendees and exhibitors a better way to network. They can see who is going and start networking right away by researching who is attending and making plans with who they want to meet upon their arrival. Exhibitors can see who checked in at the event, view profiles and network smartly with those who are most likely to be interested in their products and services. Attendees can find out ahead of time who may be in attendance and begin making strategic introductions with others. By knowing names and faces ahead of time and learning some pertinent facts about them and their business, attendees will have insightful questions when meeting face to face. There is limited time during events to network and networking smarter will provide more positive results and better experience at the event.

Name Badges are filled out as you arrive so your guests name is not necessary. 

Bring a lot of business cards. You can never have too many, you never know how many good contacts you will meet. 

Absolutely. Have your guest give your name at registration or you can simply change the name under your paid tickets. 

While logged into your account, find the event in the drop down that you wish to attend, choose the Admission ticket (Premium or Executive - based on your subscription) and complete the sign up.

Parking is not included with the ticket purchased. However, we suggest contacting the venue directly to find the closest and most affordable parking. 

No. A resume is not needed for the event. If you meet someone you would like to give your resume to, make a note to email them after the event. 

If you recently purchased a Premium ticket (i.e. Feature in Event Recap, Website Feaure, Complete Sponsor Package, Sponsorship Table) and need to submit your information, please do by completing the following form before 5:00 pm the evening of your event:

Please Note: All submissions of content must be received no later than 5:00 pm on the evening of the said event. Once all information is submitted, please allow up to 48 hours after the event to post all content on the website and to send the recap emails. There is no negotiation with the deadline. This is set in place to make sure content is distributed in a timely fashion. 

Network After Work (“NAW”) reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or circumstances which would otherwise make the event non-viable.

Should unforeseen circumstances arise that result in the postponement or cancellation of a NAW event, we reserve the right to either issue a full refund or transfer the already purchased ticket to one of our upcoming events.

NAW does not offer refunds for event tickets for any reason other than for those stated above. If you aren’t sure whether or not you can attend an event, we do offer a pay at the door option at the event location. There are no refunds offered, under any circumstances, if you decide to use the pay at the door option.

NAW understands that sometimes things can come up at the last minute. For that reason, we allow our members to transfer tickets for NAW events to the immediately following event for which the ticket was originally purchased. This option is limited to one time per ticketholder. Members who attempt to abuse this policy may face disciplinary action up to, and including, a ban from all future NAW events.

Events are business casual. Most guests are coming directly from work and therefore wear their work attire.
